A deep, supportive energy healing session designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, and support your nervous system to soften into relaxation. This session works with stored emotional tension and stress held in the body, creating space for grounding, regulation, and inner balance. Intuitively guided, the session may gently highlight areas of emotional blockages or imbalance, supporting your system to unwind and settle. This is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or run down and need space to slow down and reset. Clients often report leaving lighter, calmer and refreshed.
